Terms and Conditions

 

“It is agreed that the following terms and conditions set out are to the total agreement made between the parties involved and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing”.

 

Booking Fee/Deposit

 

A Booking Fee/Deposit secures the time and services of Premier Imaging and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, this being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to the aforementioned.  All cancellations must be in writing, any events that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as Premier Imaging can re-schedule for the new date and time.

 

Cancellation

 

The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to Premier Imaging but, in doing so shall forfeit Booking Fee/Deposit previously paid. “Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the designated date will result in the payment in full of any agreed fee. (As previously stated cancellations must be made in writing)”.

 

Payments

 

Following the payment of the Booking Fee/Deposit, the remaining balance due is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event on completion. No materials will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for any additional imagery is to be made when the initial order is placed.

 

Copyright

 

All images whether stored digitally or otherwise and or any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images, are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically / electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of Premier Imaging in writing. All digital files remain the property of Premier Imaging in accordance with Copyright and Design Act 1988. (Ownership and Copyright of your images can be purchased from Premier Imaging at an additional cost of £250.00).

 

Licence

 

Premier Imaging shall be granted artistic license in relation to the style and poses photographed and or the locations used. The Photographers judgment regarding locations, poses and the number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects involved, it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.

"The Terms & Conditions documents will require client and or customers signature prior the undertaking of any work by Premier Imaging."
